Jay'z'ion "Jay" Mar'Quon Strong

Jay’Z’ion Mar’Quon Strong was born to Shaketherius Billingsley and Phillip Montague on December 22, 2004. Even though he was taken away from this world far too soon, his loving heart and caring spirit left a beacon of light for his family and friends. Jay’Z’ion was a caring son, brother, friend, and soon-to-be father. He left the world suddenly on June 9, 2024 at the young age of 19.
