In humble submission to the will of God, the management & staff of Sunset Memorial Chapel, Inc. sadly announces the passing of Mr. Rudolph "BO" Simmons, Sr., age 82, Darkened the threshold of death's door, crossing into a realm of tranquility and rest on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Outback Veterans Home, Columbus, GA. He has left us with a sensational legacy that will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
A Service of Celebration will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 28, 2015 from the Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Goodwater, Alabama. His earthly vessel will be laid to rest in the stillness of the Mt. Olive Church Cemetery. Mr. Simmons will lie in repose one hour prior to the service. Public viewing will be held Friday, March 27, 2015 from 1:00 P.M. - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
